I really like going there I went for marriage counseling with my wife. She hated it and won't go back. I think she's a narsasist. I would like to take some more with the counselor but I can't remember her name

Amanda is an incredible therapist and spiritual healer. I would highly recommend her for a variety of people and families. Specifically healing past trama, victims of abuse, children, and couples. She is also well versed in many forms of literature and is a constant student of mental health. I have full faith to recommend her.

As a psychotherapist and life coach myself, I know how hard it can be at times to find a counselor who is effective and understands you. I'm always careful who I refer my patients to because I want to make sure they'll get great care. That's why I routinely refer to Dr. Molinari and other members of the counseling team at Stony Brook. I've always gotten great feedback from clients I've sent to them, and often people who were not achieving good results in therapy elsewhere, have been able to make progress with the counselors at Stony Brook. In addition to accepting many health insurances, they are attentive and caring, and very focused on helping their clients.
